Financial Fluency LLC — Terms of Service

1. Agreement. By accessing our website, registering for a training, downloading materials, or purchasing a program, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services. You must be 18 or older.

2. What we provide. Financial Fluency provides financial education, coaching, digital materials, live and recorded trainings, and community access. We do not provide investment advisory, brokerage, legal, tax preparation, accounting, credit repair, or debt settlement services.

3. Educational nature — no professional relationship. All content is for general educational and informational purposes. Krystle Gladden is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, attorney, or CPA acting in that capacity, and nothing provided constitutes investment, legal, tax, or individualized financial advice. No fiduciary, advisory, attorney-client, or accountant-client relationship is created. You are solely responsible for your financial decisions and should consult appropriately licensed professionals regarding your circumstances.

4. No guarantee of results. We make no representation that you will achieve any particular financial outcome. Examples, case studies, testimonials, and figures shared are illustrative of what some individuals have experienced and are not typical, average, or guaranteed. Results depend on your situation, effort, and factors outside our control. Financial decisions involve risk, including loss.

5. Intellectual property. All content — including the C.O.N.T.R.O.L. Method™, frameworks, worksheets, recordings, written materials, graphics, and branding — is owned by Financial Fluency LLC and protected by intellectual property law. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use purchased or downloaded materials for your own individual use. You may not copy, resell, distribute, publish, record, share login credentials, or create derivative works without our written permission.

6. Purchases and payment. Prices are stated at the point of purchase in U.S. dollars. By purchasing, you authorize us and our processor to charge your payment method for the amount shown, including any scheduled installments. Failure to complete payment may result in suspended access. You remain responsible for the full balance of any payment plan you enter.

7. Refunds. [INSERT KRYSTLE'S ACTUAL REFUND POLICY — for example: "Digital products are non-refundable once accessed. Coaching programs are subject to the refund terms stated in the individual program agreement."] Free trainings and downloads carry no purchase and therefore no refund.

8. Community conduct. In the Keys to Wealth Community or any group setting, you agree not to harass or disparage others, share others' personal or financial information, solicit or advertise without permission, distribute our materials, or post unlawful content. We may remove content or terminate access for violations, without refund.

9. Communications consent. By providing your email you consent to receive communications related to your registration or purchase and, where applicable, marketing messages, which you may unsubscribe from at any time. SMS consent is separate, optional, and governed by the disclosures presented at opt-in.

10. Third-party links and platforms. We may link to or operate through third-party platforms. We are not responsible for their content, terms, or practices.

11. Disclaimer of warranties. Our services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access.

12. Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Financial Fluency LLC and its owners, employees, and contractors are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost savings, or financial losses arising from your use of our services or reliance on our content. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $100 if you paid nothing.

13. Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Financial Fluency LLC from claims, damages, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of our services or materials.

14. Termination. We may suspend or terminate access at any time for violation of these Terms. Sections 3, 4, 5, 11, 12, 13, and 15 survive termination.

15. Governing law and disputes. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by [the American Arbitration Association] in Marlyand, on an individual basis.

You and Financial Fluency waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action. Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court.

16. Changes. We may modify these Terms. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
